Through her work at leading technology and media brands, or through her strategy consulting career, she is known as a visionary who builds entrepreneurially-driven high-performance teams, and is recognized for her break-through strategy,  operational excellence and exceptional skills in media, technology, ecommerce and digital transformation.

Isaac Mackie oversees all aspects of the company's operations. He has over ten years of experience in operations management and is passionate about developing and implementing strategies that improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

He is known for his strong leadership skills, ability to think strategically, and commitment to continuous improvement. A highly effective communicator with a proven track record, he was one of the first employees the company hired.

Mike is a hands-on seasoned CTO with more than 13 years of technical executive experience, and over 35 years of experience in the software development industry. He has worked with small and medium sized companies that needed guidance and oversight as they followed their growth trajectories.

Mike joined Rythmia to help scale operations and continually improve the software architecture that supports MSV in its mission.
